Economic Prosperity
We help Black women build businesses, strengthen financial knowledge, access opportunities, and connect with resources that support business growth, wealth creation, job creation, and long-term economic influence.

Innovation, AI & STEM
We expand access to technology, AI, STEM learning, and innovation opportunities, helping Black women and girls build skills, lead emerging fields, create solutions, and shape Canada’s digital future.

Systems Change & Policy Innovation
We work with institutions and decision-makers to understand barriers, improve policies, strengthen inclusive practices, and create systems that provide Black women with fair opportunities to lead and prosper.
