CBEE Women is not just delivering programs—it is building a movement, leadership pipeline, economic ecosystem, and institutional transformation platform for Black women across Canada.

CBEE Women’s Signature Initiatives are nationally focused platforms designed to address critical barriers facing Black women while creating pathways to leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, investment, and community influence. Each initiative brings together education, mentorship, research, partnerships, and opportunities to create measurable and sustainable impact.

Prairie Black Women's Leadership Accelerator

Build leadership capacity, expand professional networks, access mentorship, and prepare emerging and established Black women for corporate, entrepreneurial, public, and community leadership roles across Western Canada.

Prepare Black women to participate, lead, and innovate in artificial intelligence through skills development, technology leadership, entrepreneurship support, innovation challenges, and industry mentorship opportunities across Canada and emerging technology sectors.
